Headspace- includes meditations, sleep and movement exercises
Action for happiness have created the Active Coping Calendar with daily suggestions on how to look after ourselves and each other.
The Royal Opera House is offering free broadcasts, including Peter and the Wolf (7pm 27th March) and these will be available to watch ‘on demand’.
Calm is offering soothing meditations, a calm masterclass and calm kids. They also have mindfulness resources.
