So, with a week to go, I found myself at the post office today to collect my Euros. Please make sure you remember to order yours in low denominations! Otherwise I dread to think of the poor market stall keepers’ faces as they are presented (through our practised and polished pigeon French) with the 19th child’s 50 Euro note!
Please remember to bring in your child’s passport and EHIC card this week, if you haven’t already done so.
When I went into school at about 6pm today (Sunday 13th May) I could hear chirping in the classroom. If you look closely at the egg in the top right hand corner, you can see where the egg shell has been broken off by the chick inside. If you look at the egg on the bottom left, you should just about be able to make out the star shape of a crack where the little fellow is just starting to pip. I think we will be meeting some of the little ones in the morning… see you soon, Mrs Hazell x
